SMS alert facility offered by Nainital Bank facilitates sending SMS alerts for bank customers, SMS Alert is a service that sends real-time notifications to customers via text messages about various activities and updates related to their bank accounts.

• Mobile banking transactions alerts
2. Loan & EMI Reminders
• Upcoming due dates
• Overdue payment reminders
3. Cheque Status Updates
• Cheque stopped
• Cancel stop cheque request
• Cheque returned
• Cheque presentment in clearing
• Positive pay
4. Card Activity
• Card activated, or blocked, Pin Change.
• Enable/Disable for transactions

• Real-time awareness of account activity
• Enhanced security (early detection of unauthorized transactions)
• Convenience (no need to log into online banking for updates)

• SMS charges will be deducted every quarter as per the actual usage basis.

In case you wish to de-register for the SMS alert facility, please visit your Branch.

Please note: You will not receive SMS alerts related to subscription, once you de-register the SMS Alert facility. However the Mandatory SMS alerts related to debit and credit transactions will be delivered.
