Purpose

For purchase of residential plot in urban area subject to condition of start of construction within 5years.

Eligibility:

All Individuals (Existing Staff members of our Bank are not eligible).

Age :

Minimum Age: 21Years

Maximum Age: Till  retirement   age for salaried & 70Years for others.

Maximum Amount of Finance :

Rs.200.00lakh

Margin :

40% on Realizable Value of immovable properties (As per bank's empanelled valuer's valuation report) or purchase price of property.

Features :

Credit facility in form of term loan & demand loan.

Personal guarantee of person(s) having worth at-least equivalent of the credit facility.

Repayment period of 10Years.
