Naini Health Care Scheme (Loan for Medical Equipments or Working Capital Requirement)

Purpose

To finance for purchase of various surgical equipments, construction, addition, alteration, renovation, furnishing of Clinics / Nursing Home / Medical Centers (Including Land for Clinics / Nursing Home / Medical Centers and to meet out working capital requirement of the hospital/ nursing home etc.

Eligibility:

Any individual having a Bachelors/Masters Degree in the field of Medical Sciences like MBBS/ MS/ MD/ BDS/ MDS from an University recognized by Medical Council of India / Government of India

OR

Any Company, Society or Firm engaged in Medical Services, provided at least one of its Directors/ Members/ Partners possesses above qualification.

Rs.400.00Lakh

Margin :

15% to 50% depending upon purpose of loan

Features :

Credit Facility in form of term loan and overdraft.

Repayment period of 120months for term loans and 12months for OD(subject to annual review).

NO Collateral security required for credit facility upto Rs.10.00Lakh

No Pre-payment/Pre-closure Charges shall be levied if repaid from own sources or internal cash accruals.
